Our neurology specialty clinic is currently staffed by two neurologists, Drs. Howard Taylor and Harpreet Kaur. We are a private practice on the campus of Adventist Medical Center.

New Patients
Please call our office to schedule your first appointment at 503-256-3034.
If you are unable to keep your appointment, please give us 24 hour notice.
No show appointments will not be rescheduled.
If we are unable to reach you to confirm your appointment, your appointment time will be subject to cancellation.

Current Patients

If you are currently a patient, now you can use this website for requesting a new appointment, communicate with our clinic, view recent clinical information,  pay bills, etc at your convenience. If this is a medical emergency please call 911.  
 
                    PLEASE NOTE: MASKS ARE REQUIRED IN THE OFFICE.
If you have any signs of illness, please contact your Primary Care Provider and advise our office if you need to cancel your appointment.
